WE REPLACED OUR OWN STUDIO.
Studio Barood ran a physical photography studio for two years. Then we replaced ourselves before the market could. Here is how that happened, and why we made the call.
[ THE ORIGIN ]
We did not arrive from the AI side trying to convince the photography world we are good enough. We arrived from the photography side. Two years of cycloramas, lighting setups, and shoot weeks. We watched our own clients hold launches because retouching took an extra week. We tested generative output against our own studio work and could not tell the difference. So we made the call: stop booking the studio, rebuild Barood as a generative imagery and video pipeline. Same name. Same craft. Different infrastructure.
[ DISRUPTED OURSELVES ]
Four things we learned running the old model that we refused to carry forward. Shoot day is not creative time — it is logistics time. One reshoot eats the entire margin on a campaign. Identity consistency ends the moment the setup is broken down. And your best shoot is still only one look. We built the pipeline to make all four of these go away.
[ THE MISSION ]
Make generative imagery and video the default, not the experiment. Every product brand should ship weekly. Every launch should hold five creative variations, not one. Every catalogue should look like one brand, not a collage. We are here to set that standard, hold it, and prove it on the work itself.
[ THE PROCESS ]
Every drop runs through the same four steps. Every step has you in the seat. Brief on Monday, drop by Friday — that is the standard cadence.
